Founded in 2004 under the leadership of Chancellor Professor Dochak Latif, the Faculty of Medicine organizes medical education study programs. Along with the development of the era of Medicine, UMS has made the scientific field of Family Medicine a priority that can be used as a consideration for the community in determining further studies at the Faculty of Medicine. During the last accreditation period, namely in 2028, the UMS Bachelor of Medicine received Excellent accreditation as stated in the LAM-PTKes certificate No. 0427/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Sar/VI/2023. Nevertheless, UMS Medicine remains the choice due to various factors such as an up to date curriculum, competitive costs, to the quality of teachers and alumni who can compete in their respective fields.
