General Requirements
Prospective Postgraduate Students must be graduates with a bachelor’s degree.
- Create an account on the website https://ods.ums.ac.id
- Pay the registration fee
- Complete the following registration documents:
- Recent
photo file (JPG format)
- Scanned KTP (Identity Card) – PDF format
- Scanned Family Card (KK) – PDF format
- Registration Form (downloaded from each respective registration account) – PDF format
- Scanned S1/D4 Diploma – PDF format
- Scanned Academic Recommendation Letter – PDF format
- Study Permit (Surat Ijin Belajar) (for those who are already working) – PDF format
- Health Certificate (Surat Keterangan Sehat) – PDF format
Study Programs, Fees and Scholarships

- Registration fee: IDR 500,000.
- Tuition fees are paid quarterly (twice per semester).
Information:
- In completing the Master’s level education, students are encouraged to publish their thesis results in a nationally accredited journal (Sinta 1/2), or an international journal, or present at a national or international seminar event.
- For students who are able to publish their thesis results as the primary author in a Scopus-indexed journal (SJR
0.1), the thesis examination is not compulsory.
- In the event of a discrepancy in fees with the UMS administrative counter, the data provided at the counter will be used.
Scholarship schemes for the UMS Postgraduate New Student Admissions (PMB) are available in two schemes as follows:
- Beasiswa Tunas Unggul (BTU) (Tunas Unggul Scholarship)
- Beasiswa Bakti Persyarikatan (BBP) (Organizational Service/Devotion Scholarship)
