Special Registration Requirements

Prospective students applying for the Faculty of Medicine (FK) or Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) are required to have grades in the subject of Biology from semester 1 to 5.

Registration Procedure

1. Applicants must be graduates of high school (SMA/SMK/MA) or equivalent.
2. Registration is done online.
3. Applicants pay a registration fee of Rp400,000.
4. Applicants select a study program.
5. Applicants complete personal data, family data, and data of the school of origin.
6. Applicants submit their achievement results/report cards from semesters 1-5 (grades X-XII) along with the identity page that contains student personal data, NISN (National Student Identification Number), parents’ names, and other data.
7. Applicants complete and upload a certificate of Physical and/or Mental Health Test (MMPI2).
8. If declared passed, please register online and settle the administration fee.
9. Print your proof of registration and Student ID Number (NIM).
10. Final registration to pick up the Student Card and Academic Jacket (Jas Almamater).

Implementation Procedure

1. Participants must have an account and have completed all procedures of the registration flow.
2. The committee will select the completeness and authenticity of the administration documents.
3. Applicants whose documents do not pass the selection will be notified by the committee in their respective accounts.
4. If the selection is not passed, applicants can make corrections based on the committee’s notes.
5. Documents that pass the administration selection will then proceed to the selection of Achievement/Report Card scores by the PMB (New Student Admission) Committee.
6. Applicants whose Achievement/Report Card scores do not pass the PMB Committee selection are given the opportunity to change to another choice of Study Program.
7. Applicants whose Achievement/Report Card scores pass the PMB Committee selection will be directed to the next process.
8. Applicants can complete the registration and become UMS students.

Registration Requirements

1. Attach report cards from semesters 1-5 which bear the school’s Legalization Stamp on every semester;
2. Submit an application letter to obtain a scholarship using the form provided by UMS (Download Scholarship Application Form);
3. Prospective students may only participate in the selection for the Quran Hafiz Scholarship Type.
4. Fulfill other requirements determined by the new student admission committee.

Registration and Selection Procedure

8. The next stage is to take the CBT (Computer-Based Test) and meet the minimum passing grade in the Faculty of Medicine UMS.
9. If declared passed, please register online and complete the administration process.
10. Print your proof of registration and Student ID Number (NIM).
11. Final registration to pick up the Student Card and Academic Jacket (Jas Almamater).
