OHS Frequently Asked Questions
What is the scope of OHS at FK UMS?
Receiving and addressing issues related to the implementation of occupational health and safety for the UMS academic community, both within the faculty premises and in teaching hospital settings.
If an incident has already been resolved independently, is reporting still required?
Yes. OHS covers not only incident response but also future prevention. Incident reports serve as constructive feedback to improve safety and security standards.
How are emergency situations handled?
Emergency situations are responded to promptly by involving the relevant stakeholders. During an emergency, you are not required to file a report yourself. All reports will be processed by the emergency contact team.
