Overview
The Junior Doctor Registration is the entry point for students in UMS Medical Professional Program to begin their clinical education phase. The process is designed to be transparent and structured, serving as a selection for students’ academic readiness, professionalism, and ethics as they prepare for experience-based learning across various teaching hospital settings. Through this registration, students are equipped to take on the role of competent, Islamic-principled, and high-integrity doctors-in-training.
Admission Procedures
1. Complete the Form
Fill out the online registration form using your UMS Student email with the password: coass40.
2. Submit Your Documents
Place all completed forms and attachments into a BLUE ENVELOPE and submit them to the Medical Profession Program admin office.
3. Announcement
Applicants will be notified via email or direct contact.

Registration Requirements
- Declared a pass (yudisium) of the Undergraduate Medical degree, evidenced by a Diploma or Graduation Certificate (SKL).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75, with no D grades.
- Minimum grade of B for Skills Lab 1–7.
- Undergraduate study duration of ≤ 7 years or 14 semesters, and not under a study period extension (PMS), in accordance with Head of BAA Letter No. 074/A.2-II/BAA/IV/2021.
- Time elapsed since graduating from UMS Medical School of ≤ 2 years (evidenced by SKL date). Graduates of 2–4 years will be required to complete a bridging program (matrikulasi); graduates of more than 4 years will be required to sit a Professional Education entry eligibility examination.
- No outstanding obligations with the thesis bureau, evidenced by a clearance letter from the thesis bureau.
