Our group focuses on advancing research into infectious diseases prevalent in tropical regions. Our work spans epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, and evidence-based disease control. Cancer Epidemiology
Our group examines the patterns, risk factors, and distribution of cancer across various population groups. Our research is directed toward strengthening the scientific foundation for prevention, early detection, and healthcare planning. Through an epidemiological approach, we contribute evidence-based recommendations for more effective and sustainable cancer control.

Geriatrics
Our group conducts comprehensive research across multiple dimensions of elderly health, from disease prevention and chronic condition management to quality of life improvement. Our research focuses on elderly-centered healthcare approaches and continuity of care. Through strengthening the scientific evidence base, we aim to continually contribute to the development of clinical practice and elder-friendly health policies.

Health Behavior
Our group focuses on studying the behaviors of individuals and communities in maintaining, improving, and restoring health. Our research is developed through an interdisciplinary approach to understand the social, cultural, and psychological factors that influence health behavior. The downstream application of our research supports policy formulation, health promotion and prevention programs, and evidence-based community interventions.
