- Hold a bachelor degree
- Create an account at https://ods.ums.ac.id
- Complete all required application documents
- Pay the registration fee
Required Documents
- Recent 4×6 formal photo (in JPG)
- Scanned documents (in PDF)
- National identity card (KTP)
- Family card (Kartu Keluarga)
- Application form (downloadable from the applicant’s account)
- Bachelor’s degree (S-1) or Diploma (D-4) certificate
- Bachelor’s degree academic transcript (S-1)
- Academic recommendation letter
- Study permit letter (for applicants currently employed)
- Medical check-up certificate
Online Application Procedures
- Applicants register through https://ods.ums.ac.id.
- Applicants upload all documents required by their selected study program.
- Uploaded documents will be verified by the study program administrator.
- The application fee can be paid after the submitted documents have been verified.
- Applicants select their preferred test option through their respective accounts.
- Applicants take the Computer-Based Test (CBT), either on-site at UMS or online, according to the scheduled date.
- Interviews are conducted according to the schedule by the study program.
- Applicants download their admission result certificate through their respective accounts to proceed with registration.
- Admitted applicants who have completed the registration payment will receive a Student Identification Card and Proof of Registration.
- Information regarding classes and orientation programs will be provided by the respective study program.
Study Requirements
To complete the Master’s program, students are encouraged to publish their thesis findings in an accredited national journal (SINTA 1 or SINTA 2), an international journal, or present their research at national or international academic conferences.
Students who successfully publish their thesis findings as the first author in a Scopus-indexed journal (SJR > 0.1) are exempt from the thesis examination requirement.
