“Preventing Non-Communicable Diseases among Indonesian Students and Migrant Workers”
A collaborative program by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) lecturers — Muwakhidah, Listyani Hidayati, and Retno Sintowati — together with PCIM Saudi Arabia, under the International Community Service (PkM-KI) scheme.
The activity was conducted both online and onsite, with the onsite session held at PCIM Ranting Mekah Hall on September 26, 2025.
Through health screening, nutritional assessment, and education on balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, the program empowers Indonesian students and migrant workers to take early action in preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
💡 This initiative aims to raise health awareness and promote better well-being for Indonesians living abroad.
