The Family Medicine Study Center of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FK UMS), continues to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening maternal and child healthcare services. On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Dr. Yusuf Alam Romadhon, M.Kes, Sp.KKLP, FISQua, FISPH, FISCM, represented the center as a speaker in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) titled “Anecma: A System for Monitoring Anemia Prevention Behavior Among Pregnant Women,” held at the Board Room of Solo Paragon Hotel. This event served as a review process for a digital technology product ready for downstream implementation, resulting from collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) and the Directorate of Research, Community Service, Publication, and Intellectual Property Center (DRPPS), Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Anecma, developed as both a mobile application and website, is designed to support monitoring of anemia-prevention practices among pregnant women, thereby strengthening primary healthcare services and contributing to efforts to prevent pregnancy-related complications.
