MARS FK UMS Hosts Visiting Lecturer in Collaboration with Management & Science University (MSU) Malaysia

The Master of Hospital Administration (MARS) Program at FK UMS held a Visiting Lecturer session in collaboration with Management & Science University (MSU) Malaysia on Tuesday morning, August 20. The session was themed “Total Quality Management (TQM) in Hospitals to Improving Patient Care and Operational Efficiency,” featuring Prof. Datuk Dr. Hj. Rohaizat Hj. Yon as the speaker. The session focused on discussing and exploring how Total Quality Management can transform hospital operations and substantially improve the quality of patient care. This activity is one of the follow-up initiatives stemming from the collaboration between FK UMS and MSU aimed at enhancing healthcare service quality and advancing health education, both in Indonesia and internationally. Participants were actively engaged in discussion and questions throughout the session.
